Our adult programs are a great way to relieve stress, get and stay in shape, and learn valuable self defense skills. Our programs blend a great physical workout, with practical real-life self defense techniques that are ideal for both men and women! You will meet new friends, get into great shape and feel empowered. The style of Martial arts we teach has a traditional style, with a technically sound combative approach.
Monday - Self Defence Break falls 8pm - 9:15 pm
Wednesday Patterns and Kicking 8pm - 9:15pm
Friday Sparring 6:45pm - 8pm
